Being a good steward and partner in healthcare means expanding our reach beyond our walls. Along with positively impacting the residents we care for, we make a strong, meaningful impact in the Maurice community and surrounding parish. In addition to engaging in community outreach efforts, Pelican Pointe is one of the largest businesses in Maurice, boosting the local economy.

Pelican Pointe has relationships with World War II Veterans, and happily gives charitable contributions to local fire and police departments, military veterans groups, schools and libraries, food banks, homeless shelters, and educational and athletic programs. We also lead the fight against Alzheimer’s through volunteering and fundraising efforts.
